Your first non-refundable deposit of $450 per person, is required to reserve your space. VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express transactions are accepted. In the event the traveler is unable to attend the event, the deposit is non-refundable. You will be only able to receive a refund for any payments made after your non-refundable deposit within 45 days. However, if you’re unable to attend after the 45 day period has passed, you will have to provide medical documentation or submit a letter regarding illness and/or family death. In the event of this situation, your application and deposit fees are still non-refundable.
Passports are required for entry into any foreign country . It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination.
